I loved Apex! The stunning landscapes of the Blue Mountains and the intense climbing scenes had me on the edge of my seat. Theron's performance was, as always, exceptional. It's one of her best roles in years. The plot might be predictable, but the execution was top-notch.

There was a lot more depth to Egerton’s character than I expected, and while they did use some Aussie stereotypes, it felt like a nod to the tropes we see in these thrillers. It was refreshing to see a strong-willed female protagonist in Sasha.
Finally finished it. While it was good, it felt like every outback thriller ever made. The hunting stereotypes felt a bit heavy-handed, but the action scenes were impressive. Also, why do all these movies have to make Australians seem like a bunch of stereotypes?
