Has anyone on here w/ Type 1 switched to Fiasp? I'm considering it but am worried about the side effects, plus I don't want to pay more for faster acting insulin.

I've tried Fiasp, Novolog, and humalog. I think Fiasp is definitely more effective, but it is more expensive. I think the benefits are worth the cost, but I'm sure it depends on your insurance coverage.

I would say give it a try and if it doesn't work out switch back. Most insurance companies will work with you on coverage and you can often get trial vials of insulin to try it out before you commit.
