Has anyone had severe reactions to Meloxicam 7.5mg Tablets? I'm considering using it for my arthritis.

I've been dealing with arthritis pain for a while now, and my doctor recommended Meloxicam 7.5mg Tablets. I've heard it can be effective, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the more serious ones. Has anyone had any severe reactions or know someone who has?
