Just started taking Celebrex 50mg for my arthritis - what should I watch out for?

I've just been prescribed Celebrex 50mg Capsules for my arthritis. I've read about the potential side effects, including things like kidney problems and severe allergic reactions. What are some of the most common side effects people experience? Do these usually come on gradually or suddenly? Are the side effects different for different conditions (like arthritis, menstrual pain, etc)?
