Has anyone experienced severe side effects from Niaspan 750mg ER Tablets?
I've been prescribed Niaspan 750mg ER Tablets to help manage my cholesterol levels. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with severe muscle pain and weakness after starting Niaspan. Turns out it was rhabdomyolysis. Scary stuff. Always know the signs and symptoms to look out for.

I’ve been taking Niacin for years and had no issues. Plus, I’ve been doing blood work every 6 months and my cholesterol is back to normal. I don’t know if Niaspan is the best choice, but it works.
