Has anyone else experienced severe side effects from Heartburn Relief 10mg Tablets (Famotidine)?
I recently started taking Heartburn Relief 10mg Tablets to manage my frequent heartburn, and while it has helped with the acid indigestion, I've been experiencing some concerning side effects. I've read that rare but severe side effects can include allergic reactions, dizziness, fainting, and abnormal heartbeat. I've been feeling a bit dizzy lately, and I'm worried it might be related to the medication. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'd love to hear about your stories and any advice you might have. Also, are there any alternative remedies or medications that have worked well for others?

I had a similar experience with dizziness. I stopped taking the tablets and it went away. Definitely talk to your doctor about it!
I got the dizziness and also an abnormal heartbeat. Scared the crap out of me, but I’m fine now but not taking these anymore.
I've had no issues but I only take it every once in a while. Maybe the dizziness is from overuse?
I take this stuff all the time, no issues here. But maybe you should try a different brand?
