Does anyone else experience severe side effects from Ditropan XL 15mg Tablets? I've been on it for 3 weeks and it's been a nightmare.
I've been prescribed Ditropan XL 15mg Tablets to treat my overactive bladder, and while it's helped with the urinary frequency, I've been experiencing some alarming side effects. I've had severe dizziness, hallucinations, and even confusion. My doctor assured me these are rare, but I'm starting to think they might be too severe for me to handle. Has anyone else had similar experiences, and if so, how did you manage them? Or am I being overly dramatic and these side effects will eventually go away? I'm really at a loss here.
I had really bad side effects, but my doctor switched me to Oxybutynin, and it works great with no side effects. It might be worth mentioning to your doctor.
I've been on Ditropan XL for a while and haven't had any severe side effects. Just the occasional dry mouth and dizziness which are pretty manageable. Maybe try talking to your doctor about a different treatment plan?
I had some dizziness and confusion in the beginning but it went away after a few weeks. Maybe give it a bit more time? But if it's really bad, def speak to your doctor.
Who else feels like a zombie when they start taking this medication? Drowsiness was a real thing for me, but I stuck it out and now I'm okay.
