All-Nite Cold/Flu Night Time Relief: How well does it work and what are the side effects?
I've been struggling with a nasty cold and flu combo and my doctor recommended All-Nite Cold/Flu Night Time Relief. It's a liquid combination product that helps relieve symptoms and aids in sleeping. It contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, and doxylamine. Has anyone else tried this? I'm curious about its effectiveness and any side effects I should be aware of, especially the urgent ones mentioned in the warning. How do you report side effects if they occur? Be careful with the acetaminophen content. It can be hard on your liver if you're not careful. Make sure you aren't taking any other meds with acetaminophen in them.
