I started taking Zurzuvae 30mg for postpartum depression a few weeks ago, and I'm eager to share my experience. I was a bit hesitant at first, but my doctor assured me it’s safe and effective. I take it once a day with a fatty meal, and so far, it seems to be helping. However, I’ve noticed some dizziness and fatigue, which are minor compared to the improvement in my mood. I had a bad reaction to another medication, and I’m terrified of that happening again. I think Zurzuvae is helping my PPD but I’m afraid of continuing, do you think doctors are too quick to prescribe? I’ve been reading up on it, and the side effects scared me, but I also know how bad PPD can get.

If you're taking Zurzuvae, make sure to drink plenty of water and eat well—especially those fatty meals! Food is a game-changer in terms of absorption.
