I've been using Xyntha for a while now to manage my hemophilia A, and it's been a game-changer. The injections are hassle-free, and it's great not having to worry about uncontrollable bleeding anymore. However, the list of possible side effects is a bit frightening. Has anyone else experienced any serious side effects like chest pain or unusual hoarseness? Also, how do you guys handle the fatigue? It's been a bit tough to manage sometimes.
I've dealt with some chest pain and it was terrifying. Ended up in the ER, but luckily it was just a minor thing. But it was a good reminder to always be cautious.
