Xelpros 0.005% Ophthalmic Emulsion: My eyes are super dirty, and now I'm not sure what to do next
I just started using Xelpros 0.005% Ophthalmic Emulsion for my glaucoma, and I've noticed some changes in my eyelashes. They're getting darker and thicker, which is weird but not terrible. However, I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the eye color changes and severe allergic reactions. Has anyone else experienced these issues? I'm not sure what to do if my eye turns brown permanently. I know it's rare, but it's still scary. Also, how long does it take for the eyelash changes to return to normal after stopping the medication? I've read the instructions but would love some real-life experiences and advice.
Seriously, be careful with this medication. I would rather have a few blurry days than lose my eye color permanently:
I've been using Xelpros for my glaucoma for a few years now. It absolutely works well and I haven't noticed eye color change. Also, I don't have any issues with the drug. I do have the eyelash thing, but I kind of like it. If it helps with your pressure, it's worth it.
My eye doctor prescribed me Xelpros and I have been a little worried about the side effects. It's important to stay vigilant and routine checkups are necessary.
I can't believe this medication can turn your eye color brown! Seems like a pretty major side effect to me.
I'm not sure I want to risk changing my eye color. Does anyone know if there are other options for lowering eye pressure that don't have such scary side effects?
