Temsirolimus 25mg/ml Sol, 1ml: Personal Experiences and Side Effects
I've recently been prescribed Temsirolimus 25mg/ml Sol, 1ml for kidney cancer. It's intended to block the mTOR protein and slow down the cancer cells. I'm curious to hear from others who've used this medication. What side effects did you experience, and how did you manage them? I've heard it can cause some serious issues like high blood sugar and lung problems, so I'm a bit worried. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
I've heard that diet can make a big difference with side effects. If you're experiencing a lot of stomach issues, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Stay away from spicy or fatty foods, and maybe talk to a nutritionist about managing your diet during treatment.
Temsirolimus saved me. I had a really bad reaction to it, but the cancer was going away, so I just dealt with the side effects. Everyone's experience is different, but it worked for me
It seems like a lot of people have had really bad experiences with this drug. I've been considering whether to continue, just want better quality of life right now
This stuff is brutal. I had severe stomach pain and swelling, had to go to the ER a few times. Doc switched me to something else after that.
I had no idea this drug could cause kidney problems. I've been living in constant fear since starting it
