TDvax 0.5ml IM Vials (10pack): My experience and concerns about side effects
I recently received the TDvax vaccine and was surprised to find out how little most people know about the side effects. I've heard of tetanus and diphtheria, but I've seen a lot of misinformation about TDvax. I did not experience any severe adverse reactions, but I have some concerns about the non-urgent side effects. I know reactions can vary from person to person. I think it's important to talk about these things, so we can help others prepare. What has the community's experience been?
Y'all need to be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction to a different vaccine years ago, and it was scary. Always make sure to talk to your doctor first. If you feel dizzy or have trouble controlling your body movements, go to the hospital right away.
Took my kid in for his TDvax shot today. He cried a bit, but it was over quickly. That was my biggest concern about it. It was a relief it was over so quickly. His arm was sore for a couple of days, but now he's back to normal.
Seriously, why are people so afraid of vaccines? TDvax is safe and effective. The side effects are usually mild. I'd rather deal with a little soreness than risk tetanus or diphtheria. I've had mine and encourage others to do the same.
I didn't know that unusual crying and decreased appetite were side effects for young children. My nephew got TDvax last week, and he's been fussy and not eating much. I was wondering if there was anything wrong, thanks for the info.

I've seen people mention the VAERS a couple of times now. Where do I go to find the info? I'm sure it's helpful, but not sure how to access it. Is it hard to understand? Does anyone know if there is a mobile app?
I've had TDvax three times now, and each time I get a little more nervous about the potential side effects, even though I know they're rare. I'm always relieved when I feel nothing more than a little soreness at the injection site. Still, I'm not sure I would feel comfortable getting it again if I didn't have to. I have no idea what to do about the tetanus risks.
