Taron Forte Capsules: Experience and side effects? Share yours here!
I've recently been prescribed Taron Forte Capsules to manage my iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Has anyone else taken these, and if so, what was your experience? Were there any noticeable side effects or benefits worth mentioning? I'd love to hear from other moms-to-be or anyone who has taken these capsules for other reasons.
I took these during my last pregnancy and they were a lifesaver! My energy levels went up and I didn't experience any side effects. Just make sure to take them with food to avoid any stomach issues.
Just a heads up, if you experience any severe symptoms like shortness of breath or hives, get to a doctor ASAP.

I had some constipation issues, but nothing too bad. I just increased my fiber intake and it helped a lot. Definitely worth it for the energy boost and knowing I was getting enough iron for the baby.
I stopped taking them after a week because they made me feel nauseous. My doctor switched me to a different supplement and I've been fine since. Everyone is different, so it's worth discussing with your doctor.
Speaking of doctor's, are you guys going to be getting regular blood tests? If so, how often?
Did anyone else experience some stomach cramps on this supplement?
