Sinemet CR 25-100mg Tablets: My Experience and Some Questions
I've been prescribed Sinemet CR 25-100mg Tablets for my Parkinson's and I'm trying to learn more about it. I've read the possible side effects but I'd love to hear from others who have experience with this medication. It seems like the most common complaint is dizziness, but I'm curious about any other less common side effects. I also read that this medication increases urges to gamble, spend money, or have sex. What can we do to avoid or manage these effects? Is this common? I heard that Sinemet can also cause vivid dreams. Is that true? How did you deal with that? I know everyone is different but if you can share any advice or tips for taking this medication I'd really appreciate it!
I was really worried about the urges and other mental changes, but I haven't experienced any and my psychiatrist did not indicate they were common. My biggest issue was constipation.
