Sharing Experiences with Rubraca 250mg Tablets for Ovarian Cancer Treatment
I was recently prescribed Rubraca 250mg tablets for my ovarian cancer treatment. It's supposed to block specific proteins in cancer cells called PARP, which helps stop the cancer cells from repairing their DNA and causes them to die. It's taken by mouth as tablets but the side effects are extensive. Has anyone else been on this medication? What have your experiences been like? What tips can you share?
I've been on Rubraca for a few months now, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first few weeks were rough with some serious fatigue and upset stomach, but it's gotten better. The worst part is the constant worry about the serious side effects. Fingers crossed it keeps working.

Hope you're doing okay! I was on it for a while and had some weird taste changes. Everything tasted like metal for a bit. Also, I got some pretty nasty headaches, but I talked to my doctor and we managed them with some OTC meds.
