I've recently been prescribed Methotrexate 25mg/ml for severe psoriasis, and I noticed that its primary use is for cancer, but I know it's also used for severe rheumatoid arthritis. Methotrexate is tough on your body, but it can be really effective. Just make sure you're in close contact with your healthcare team.
I'm currently taking it for RA, I feel so much better. My joints don't hurt as much.
