Salsalate 500mg Tablets: Gentle on the stomach, but what about side effects?
I've been prescribed Salsalate 500mg tablets recently to help manage the pain and inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis. I've heard it's gentler on the stomach compared to aspirin, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? Any insights into the potential side effects and how to manage them would be greatly appreciated!
I personally found that Salsalate really helped with my joint pain, and I didn’t have any issues with my stomach. But my friend had some mild dizziness.
