Robafen CF Multi-Symptom Cold 118ml: Effective Cold Relief or More Harm than Good?
I've been using Robafen CF Multi-Symptom Cold 118ml for the past few days to relieve my cold symptoms, and I'm torn. It does help with the cough and congestion, but I've felt incredibly jittery and had trouble sleeping ever since I started taking it. I know it's supposed to help with stuffy nose and chest congestion, but is it worth feeling like I've had five espressos before bed? I've heard some people swear by it, but others say it's one of the worst cold medications they've ever taken. Has anyone had a similarly mixed experience with this stuff?
I had a terrible reaction to this stuff last winter. Swelling in my throat and had to go to the ER. Never again.
I found it helpful for my cough, but it made me so dizzy I couldn't function. I tried it for 3 days, but the dizziness was too much. I don't know if it was worth it.

I felt like I was taking a double dose of Red Bull after I took it, but it cleared my nose up so I think it's worth it. I'd advise using it in the morning or afternoon if you don't want to stay up all night.
I hate how it makes me feel wired, but it's the only thing that helps me breathe through my nose. I wish they would make a version without the dextromethorphan.
