Pyrilamne DM 7.5-7.5mg/5ml Oral Liq: My Experience and Side Effects
I've been using Pyrilamne DM 7.5-7.5mg/5ml Oral Liq for a couple of weeks now, and while it's helped with my cough and allergies, I've noticed some side effects that I'm not sure are normal. The description says it can make you feel sleepy, but I've been feeling really groggy and lethargic during the day. I've also experienced some mild hives, which isn't listed as a common side effect. Has anyone else had these issues? Should I be concerned, or is this just part of the deal with this medication?

If the side effects are mild, it might just be your body adjusting to the medication. However, if they persist or get worse, it's definitely worth a call to your doctor. Always better to be safe with meds.
I've had a similar experience. The drowsiness was a bit much for me, so I switched to a different antihistamine that doesn't contain Dextromethorphan and Pyrilamine.
Mine itched like crazy and I was wildly disoriented for a while. I went to the ER and they told me I was allergic.
I think you need to talk to a doctor and ask about getting a different medication. If it's affecting your daily life, it might be a good idea.
