I've just been prescribed Paclitaxel 150mg/25ml Inj, 25ml for my cancer treatment. I'm really nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones. I had a severe allergic reaction during my first infusion. My nurse said it was rare but can happen. If you feel any tightness in your chest or throat, tell the nurse immediately. They need to stop the infusion and treat the reaction right away.
