As a parent, I've been dealing with head lice in my household for the past few weeks. I've tried several over-the-counter treatments, but nothing seems to work. I recently came across Lice Killing Max Strength Shampoo and was wondering if anyone has had any success with this product. The active ingredients, Pyrethrins and Piperonyl Butoxide, seem promising, but I want to hear from others before investing in it.
