Parents, have your kids tried Floriva 0.5mg Chewable Tablets? How do they like the taste and have you noticed any benefits?
I've recently started giving my 5-year-old Floriva 0.5mg Chewable Tablets as recommended by our pediatrician. I wanted to know if other parents have tried these supplements and what their experiences have been. Do your kids like the taste? Have you noticed any improvements in their dental health? The tablets are supposed to have fluoride to strengthen tooth enamel, but I’m curious if others have seen actual results. Any tips for getting kids to take them regularly? Also, has anyone experienced any side effects, especially any of the serious ones listed in the package insert? I'd appreciate hearing about any issues or benefits you've encountered. More importantly, have you noticed any improvement in your child's dental health after taking these for a while?
It's not a magic pill, folks. You still need to brush, floss, and go to the dentist. But it's a good supplement to have. I've seen a noticeable difference in how healthy my child’s teeth are. Maybe this will be your discovery too!
I've been giving these to my 3-year-old for a few months now. I find the fluoride content is especially great since we live in an area with low fluoride in the water. They seem to be helping with dental health. My kid's dentist said that she is doing better than other kids her age in terms of dental health.
My only gripe is that sometimes he has a slight upset stomach, but it goes away quickly. I think it might be more of a temporary issue rather than a major problem. I don’t know enough about medicine or this specific drug but I am working with my pediatrician to sort it out.
My pediatrician recommended these because our tap water has low fluoride levels. My kids actually like the taste, and it's been a breeze getting them to take it daily. It's a great way to ensure they're getting the right amount of fluoride. I haven't noticed any side effects so far, fingers crossed!
My kid loves them! They taste like strawberries which is nice because the vitamins I used to give her were horrible. I do not know if they are actually helping with cavities or not but I am happy that she is taking the vitamins and the medicine teaches good habits for brushing and flossing.
I'm thinking of starting my kids on this. They have some cavities, and the dentist said they could use more fluoride. Has anyone tried this along with other fluoride treatments? I don't want to overdo it.
If anyone knows how to avoid overdoing it, or if anyone knows if this drug can be combined with other treatments, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
I’m glad that it tastes good and helps with cavities.
I'm worried about the side effects. What if my child has an allergic reaction? I'm already nervous about giving them any kind of medication. Have any of you seen severe side effects?
I've had to deal with some upset stomach issues. It's not constant, but it happens enough to be annoying. I'm keeping an eye on it and might talk to the doctor about it. It might be the tradeoff for keeping the teeth healthy.
I've only been giving these to my kids for a month but it's a start. The uptake has been good. I hope the results will be the same for you.
I would like to know if the benefits are really there. If anyone has any data to share or personal experience to share, please let me know!
This is a good start and a good product. I am excited to see how they do over the next few months.
