Orphengesic Forte Tablets: Muscle relaxant, pain reliever, and mild stimulant? Never heard of it, what are the side effects?

I'm a bit wary because I've never heard of this medication, I know it contains a muscle relaxant (Orphenadrine), a pain reliever and fever reducer (Aspirin), and a mild stimulant (Caffeine). I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this medication? I'm also concerned about the side effects, especially the severe ones like allergic reactions, bleeding, and skin reactions. Has anyone experienced any of these side effects? I'm also curious about the less severe side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, and upset stomach. Are these common or uncommon?
