I've seen some reviews that mention side effects, so I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced any, or maybe avoided some of the less common ones by taking it a certain way. I'm curious about how others have handled any side effects, and if anyone has tips for taking these so that I can manage any potential issues proactively.
I recommend taking them with food. I found that taking them on an empty stomach caused some upset stomach issues. Also, make sure to stay hydrated and keep an eye on your fiber intake to avoid constipation.
Have any of you actually experienced an allergic reaction? I've been worried about that but haven't had any luck finding specific info online. I think I should ask my doctor about it.

I switched to Obstetrix from another prenatal vitamin because I wanted more DHA. So far, so good! No side effects and I feel like my supplements are working well. I also take a probiotic to help with any stomach issues.

I've heard that black, tarry, or bloody stools can be a sign of something serious. I'm glad I read that in the description. My mother took a different supplement and got a bad case of blood in her stool. It was really scary.
