New to Lyumjev U-100 L-Aabc 10ml Vial: Has anyone else switched from regular insulin to this fast-acting option? What should I expect?

Be really careful with Lyumjev. I had a friend who had a severe allergic reaction after just one injection. The symptoms started with some itching and then progressed to swelling and trouble breathing. Thankfully, he got to the ER in time.
