My experience with Sympazan 10mg Oral Soluble Film for Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome - any tips or stories?
Sympazan 10mg has been a game-changer for my epilepsy management. As someone living with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, I've tried various medications, but Sympazan has been the most effective in calming my seizures. However, it’s not without its challenges. The oral soluble film is convenient, but I’ve experienced some side effects like drowsiness and fatigue. Has anyone else found effective ways to manage these side effects? Or any tips for dealing with the more severe reactions I could possibly face? Just a heads-up, watch out for any skin reactions. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Scary stuff.
I feel like the mood changes were the worst. Stay on top of your mental health and keep your doctor in the loop with any changes.

Sympazan worked well for me too, but the drowsiness was a major issue at first. I started taking it at night, and it helped a lot. Also, be vigilant about any signs of UTI – I had a close call once, and it was scary.
I took Sympazan for a while but ended up switching to something else because of the drowsiness. It was just too much for my daily life. But if you can manage it, it seems to work well for seizures.
