I started taking Prestalia 3.5-2.5mg Tablets a few months ago to manage my high blood pressure. The combination of perindopril and amlodipine has been effective in lowering my blood pressure, but I've also experienced some troubling side effects. The drug information lists some severe side effects that are rare but can be life-threatening. I have to say, that list is pretty scary. I hope none of you experience those! If you do, call 911. I've had a persistent cough and some dizziness, which are listed as less severe side effects, but they're still uncomfortable, especially since I'm so active. I had a really bad reaction to this drug. I had a high fever, sore throat and chills within a week of starting. I stopped taking it and called the doctor right away.
