I started noticing those rough, scaly patches on my face and hands, and my dermatologist recommended this cream to boost my immune system's response to them. The application is straightforward—just a thin layer to the affected area every other day for a few weeks. However, the side effects have been a bit tough. I've experienced some redness, itching, and even a bit of swelling around the application sites. I've had to take a break a couple of times to let my skin calm down, but overall, it seems to be working. Has anyone else dealt with severe side effects, or am I just unlucky? I had to stop using this cream due to an allergic reaction. Wheezing and chest tightness are no joke. Make sure you're not allergic to the ingredients. It's scary stuff.
