My experience with Dyanavel XR 5mg Tablets: not for everyone
I’ve been on Dyanavel XR 5mg for about 6 months now to treat my ADHD, and while it's helped somewhat with focus and attention, the side effects have been a nightmare. I've experienced everything from constipation to restlessness. The biggest issue for me has been the shaking and changes in eyesight. I've had to switch from daily to every other day, or else the side effects are unbearable. It's been a real struggle.
My doctor mentioned not taking it on an empty stomach. Giving it a try after breakfast which helped me a lot.
Dyanavel XR was a game-changer for me. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my focus and productivity. I've had some fatigue, but nothing too bad. I take it with some food and that seems to help. Do you have any other health issues or meds you take?
Unfortunately, these stimulants have a lot of variability between folks. I have two different meds going and I’m still adjusting the dosing to get the right effect. It's a balance of trying to find the right dose and schedule that works the best with the least side effects.

I've been on Dyanavel XR for two years. I used to have issues with dizziness and muscle weakness, but that went away after the first month. It’s worth sticking to it if the side effects aren’t too bad.
I remember being really nervous about trying Dyanavel XR because of the side effects. I'd probably suggest Vyvanse or even Ritalin as an alternative and switching from standard to extended release could help.
