I always tell people not to take this on an empty stomach, but even then, side effects can happen. I took it after a big meal once, and still had issues.
Be careful with these, they can mess with your blood pressure and kidneys. I had to stop taking them because of a high BP issue.
Once I had to be hospitalized because of uncontrollable bleeding. It was scary but I got better, just make sure you know the signs!
