Lotemax 0.5% Ophthalmic Susp 15ml: My Experience and Questions
I was prescribed Lotemax after my recent eye surgery, and I've been using it for a week now. It seems to be doing its job in reducing the inflammation and discomfort, but it can feel quite strange to put drops in your eyes. I’m curious to hear other people's experiences, both positive and negative, particularly regarding side effects. The list of possible side effects is quite long, and even though they state they are rare, it's still concerning. Also wondering how long it takes for the discomfort to subside for most people, and if anyone has tips to make the process easier when putting in the drops.
I didn’t know that singing the alphabet song while putting in the drops would help but it works. Then again it could be a coincidence.
Eye surgery is tough, but Lotemax really helped with the recovery. I didn't have any major issues, just a bit of discomfort. Definitely better than the surgery pain!

I found that the burning sensation was the worst for me. But it went away quickly. Just be patient, and it should start feeling better.

I'm not a fan of eye drops in general but this has been the worst experience with them. I had a headache for days after starting to use it and ended up needing to try something else.
Whenever I use eye drops, I always get that feeling like something is still in my eye. It's super annoying, but I guess it's normal. Just hang in there!
