Loniten 2.5mg Tablets: Is this medication right for me?
I've been on a long journey with high blood pressure. I've tried a few medications but nothing has worked out. My doctor recently prescribed me Loniten 2.5mg Tablets because my blood pressure was extremely high. I know it's a strong medication and it has some pretty intense side effects. Has anyone else been on this medication. What has your experience been like?
Be careful with this one. I know a few people who ended up in the ER because of it.
What other medications did your doctor prescribe with it? The fluid buildup can be really scary, so make sure you're taking care of that.
I was on Loniten for a while. It really helped with my blood pressure, but the excessive hair growth was a nightmare. Make sure to talk to your doctor about managing side effects.
I would look into the fluid retention side effect. My dad took it and ended up retaining a LOT of water. It was really scary.
I've heard it can cause dizziness and fainting. Can anyone confirm? Is it a common side effect?
It's a strong drug, but it works. Just be vigilant about the side effects and keep in close contact with your doctor. They will be on the lookout for any dangerous issues.
I had a friend who took this and he had some frightening symptoms. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're in a very serious situation.
