Life-saving or Life-threatening? My Experience with Phenergan 50mg/ml IV Injection
I was administered Phenergan 50mg/ml as an IV injection for severe nausea and vomiting, but I'm now worried about the rare but serious side effects listed. Has anyone else taken this and experienced any of these? I want to understand the risks better. I was excited to find this group, as this is the only support group I can find other users of this medication. I'm so scared of what may happen next!

Have you considered talking to your doctor about alternative medications? There might be something else that can help with your nausea without the same level of risk. I used this medication for a month and it helped a lot.

I had Phenergan and it worked great for my allergies. I felt so much better after taking it. The doctor warned me about dizziness, but I was prepared for it. I didn't think it would be so effective. I am happy that the drug works for allergies as well
