Life-changing or dealing with side effects? What's your experience with Tiadylt ER 120mg Capsules (24 Hr) for blood pressure and chest pain?
I've been prescribed Tiadylt ER 120mg Capsules for high blood pressure and occasional chest pain. It's been a few weeks, and while my blood pressure is definitely under control, I've been experiencing some dizziness and fatigue. I'm considering sticking it out, but I'm wondering if others have had similar experiences or better results? I'm especially curious about how often these side effects subside over time. Also, what precautions should I take if I experience worsening heart failure symptoms like shortness of breath or sudden weight gain? I know these are serious and need immediate medical attention, but what are some red flags that I should look out for that might indicate a visit to the ER?
I've been on this for a few months and I feel like a new person. My blood pressure is under control, and I haven't had any chest pain since starting the medication. I just take it with food and that seems to help with any stomach issues.
If you experience any of the signs of an allergic reaction, don't mess around. Go to the ER right away. It's not worth risking your life over. I had a bad experience with a different med and I'll never ignore those symptoms again.

Does anyone else feel like they need a nap after taking this? I mean, it's effective, but man, I'm always tired.
I switched to a different drug, but it seems to cause more headaches for me. Loved that this didn't have as bad of headaches. Just make sure to take it at the same time every day.
