I'm actually using it right now to help with muscle relaxation. It's great for that, but the doctor made sure to warn me about the allergic reactions. Sounds scary, but so far, so good!
I'd recommend pairing it with therapy if you're taking it for anxiety. It works better that way, in my experience.
