Just started using Ketorolac 0.5% eye drops after cataract surgery. Any tips or experiences to share?
I've just started using Ketorolac 0.5% Ophth Soln 5ml after my recent cataract surgery. The doctor prescribed it to reduce inflammation and pain, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else used these eye drops? I'd love to hear about your experiences, any tips for using them, or how you managed any side effects. Also, how long did it take for the swelling and redness to go down? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I used these after my surgery and they worked wonders! Just make sure to follow the dosage instructions carefully. I had some mild irritation but nothing serious.
Be careful with these drops. I had a bit of blurred vision for a couple of days but it went away. Definitely worth it for the relief from pain and redness.
I had a minor allergic reaction—slight itching and redness around the eyes. I called my doctor and they switched me to another NSAID. Just be cautious and report any unusual symptoms.
