Just Started Keflet 500mg Tablets for a Urinary Tract Infection - Anyone Have Experience?
Hey everyone, I was prescribed Keflet 500mg Tablets for a urinary tract infection. I've never taken this antibiotic before and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone else taken this and if so, what was your experience? Also, what should I do if I experience any of the severe side effects listed? Should I stop taking it immediately or just cut down the dosage? Thanks in advance for any advice or shared experiences. How soon after starting should i expect to feel better? I'm 32 years old and healthy, otherwise.
Just take it easy and listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts and call your doctor.
My sister had a bad reaction to this one. She broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. It was scary. Definitely keep an eye out for any allergic reactions.
If you experience any severe side effects, definitely contact your doctor immediately. Don't try to tough it out. Better safe than sorry.
I took Keflet for a skin infection and it worked great. Just make sure to finish the entire course even if you feel better. Side effects were minimal for me, just some stomach upset. But always better safe than sorry, if you experience any of the severe side effects, call your doctor right away.
I got really bad joint pain when I took this. It was awful. But everyone is different, so hopefully, you won't have that issue.
I'm on my third day and so far so good. No side effects yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
