Just started Dilacor XR 240mg Capsules for blood pressure. Any tips or side effect stories?
I was recently prescribed Dilacor XR 240mg Capsules to manage my high blood pressure and angina. I know it's a calcium channel blocker, but I'm curious to hear from others who have taken it. What side effects did you experience? Were they manageable? Any tips for taking this medication? I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Be careful with grapefruit juice. It can interact with the medication and cause some serious issues. I learned that the hard way.

I'm on the same dosage as you. I get some mild constipation, but that's it. Make sure you drink lots of water and maybe add some fiber to your diet. And don't forget to take it with food!
