Just Started Camzyos 2.5mg Capsules for oHCM: What to Expect?
I've recently been prescribed Camzyos 2.5mg Capsules for my obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). I'm hoping to hear from others who have experience with this medication. What side effects did you encounter? How long did it take to see improvements in your symptoms? Any tips for managing side effects? My doctor mentioned that dizziness is a possible side effect, but I'm wondering if anyone else experienced this and how they coped. Also, I'm a bit concerned about the rare but serious side effects—has anyone had any issues with those or know someone who has?
I've been on Camzyos for about 6 months now. It's been a game-changer for my oHCM symptoms. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Make sure you take it with food to avoid stomach upset. I also monitor my heart rate regularly as advised by my doctor.
This stuff is a miracle. I feel like a new person. Dizziness sucked but it was worth the tradeoff.
I had a weird rash after starting Camzyos, but it went away once I stopped taking it and talked to my doctor. Turns out a lot of people have allergic reactions.

Be very careful with this medication. Serious side effects are something to be expected. So don't brush them off.
