Just started Atomoxetine 60mg Capsules for ADHD - any tips or experiences to share?
Hey everyone, I recently started taking Atomoxetine 60mg Capsules to manage my ADHD. I've heard a lot about how it works differently than stimulant medications, but I'm still a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your journeys, any tips you might have, or just general advice on managing side effects. So far, I've noticed a bit of dry mouth and some trouble sleeping, but nothing too severe. Looking forward to discussing with you all!
I found that taking it in the morning with food helped with the stomach issues. It's also important to stay hydrated—you might not notice it, but Atomoxetine can be hard on your system so stay hydrated.
Atomoxetine works as expected for me. Still waiting to see if the side effects will be long-term. I think I'm on a good path to living a healthy life!
Be careful with this drug. I had a friend who had a horrible experience with it. He had a horrible reaction to the medication and ended up having severe stomach problems. Hmmm... I wonder if it was because of the dosage? It's definitely worth discussing with your doctor.
Wow, I'm so glad I'm not the only one struggling with the dry mouth. I've been chugging water like crazy. Sorry I can't offer much advice though.
