How well is the Tyvaso DPI Kit working for you in treating Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)? Side effects? Tips for use?

Hey all, just started using the Tyvaso DPI 16-32-48mcg Inh Pwdr Kit for my PAH. I've been noticing some improvements in my breathing, but I've also had some flare-ups of dizziness. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d love to hear your experiences and any tips for managing side effects. How many times a day are you using it, and what dosage works best for you? Anyone have any experience with the more severe side effects, and how did you handle them? Thanks!.

I had a bad experience last week. I felt extreme shortness of breath and swelling in my legs. I thought I was having a heart attack, but it turned out to be a severe side effect. I called my doctor right away and now I am on a lower dosage. Be careful, and always keep an eye on any new symptoms.

Severe side effects are scary. I took an allergy test and found out I had an allergic reaction, so I had to switch to another medication. I think everyone's experience can be very different.

I'm glad to hear you're finding some relief! It's been tough, but Tyvaso has definitely helped me and my breathing is improving. I'd also keep an eye on those dizziness spells.

I've noticed a lot of people having issues with flushing and headaches. I’ve tried using it in the evening a couple of times to avoid it, but I could barely sleep and I was awake all night.

I heard someone say it's like inhaling a pot of coffee in a day, what does it feel like?
