HELP! Salicylic Acid 6% Foam 70gm: Does it actually work?
I've been struggling with acne for years and decided to give Salicylic Acid 6% Foam a try. I've seen mixed reviews online and wanted to know if anyone here has had any luck with it. The foam helps unclog pores and reduce acne. Specifically, I want to know if anyone else has noticed side effects like skin irritation or should I just tough it out? Any thoughts on the more severe side effects and how likely they are to happen?
If you're using this for the first time, start slow. Use it every other day and see how your skin reacts. There's no need to rush into it.
I use it for my psoriasis and it works wonders! But I have to be careful not to overuse it because it can dry out my skin. It's definitely a double-edged sword.
I've been using it for a month now and I'm seeing great results. My skin is smoother and I'm getting fewer breakouts. But to be honest, it did sting a bit at first, but I got used to it.
Has anyone tried mixing it with other acne treatments? Or does that just make the irritation worse?
