Has anyone used Rycontuss 5-2-10mg/5ml Liquid for cold and flu symptoms? What are the real benefits and drawbacks, compared to other meds like Nyquil and Dayquil, from your personal experience?
I've been suffering from a nasty flu and my pharmacist recommended Rycontuss Liquid. It's a triple-action formula with an antihistamine, decongestant, and cough suppressant all in one. Has anyone tried this? I'm curious how well it works for relieving symptoms of the common cold, allergies, or flu. I hear it helps with sneezing, runny nose, and coughing, but I've also seen reports of side effects like dizziness and high blood pressure. Should I be concerned about these or are they rare? If I decide to take this, should I avoid other medications to prevent interactions? How long does it take for the drug to kick in and how long do the effects last?

If you have high blood pressure, you should probably talk to your doctor first. I had a history of high blood pressure and it wasn't great. I got dizzy and felt shaky and to be honest it was a bit scary.
