Has anyone used Mycostatin Top Pwdr 100,000 15gm for yeast infections? What's your experience?
I've been dealing with some pesky yeast infections in my skin folds and decided to try out Mycostatin Top Pwdr 100,000 15gm. I was wondering if anyone else has used this and had any success with it or if you had the same symptoms or side effects. I am especially curious to know if anyone had any allergic reactions. This stuff seems to work but I am still a bit nervous of the side effects.
Nystatin topical powder is an antifungal medicine used to treat skin infections caused by yeast, such as diaper rash, jock itch, or other moist skin fold infections. It works by stopping the growth of the yeast on your skin.
The side effects can be pretty serious, and I just want to make sure I’m not risking something I don’t need to, or miss something major. Any advice?
If you’re on antibiotics, this is a must-use. It will save your skin when you have yeast. But just watch out for those allergies.
I've had great success with Mycostatin. I had a bad case of jock itch and it cleared it right up. No side effects for me. Just make sure to keep the area dry and apply it as directed.
Hands down the best topical powder for yeast. I get recurring infections due to my job and this is a must!
I used this for a persistent case of diaper rash on my toddler. It cleared up within a few days, but I did notice some slight redness at the application site. Definitely keep an eye out for any signs of an allergic reaction. Have you tried any other treatments before?
I used it for a yeast infection in my armpits and it worked great! Made sure to avoid any moisture and it was gone in a couple of days.
I've heard mixed reviews about this. Some people swear by it, others have had bad reactions. I'd say it's worth a shot if your doctor recommends it, but be prepared to stop if you have any adverse effects.
I've used it a few times with no issues. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and keep the area clean. It’s a lifesaver for those annoying yeast infections in moist skin folds.
I had a bad reaction to this stuff. Got hives and had to stop using it. Wish I had known about the potential for allergic reactions before I started. I'm not sure what to do now. It's so hard to deal with yeast infections.
I’ve had no luck with it. Tried it for a stubborn case of athlete’s foot and couldn’t get rid of it. It was hard to even get through the tube because of all the powder. What a mess!
I don’t think it works as well as other antifungals. I’ve had better experiences with miconazole and clotrimazole. But, if it works for you, it’s worth it.
