Has anyone used Derma-Smoothe/Fs Body Oil for eczema or psoriasis? Share your experiences and side effects!
Recently prescribed Derma-Smoothe/Fs Body Oil I've been struggling with severe eczema for years and I'm really hoping this steroid-based treatment helps. The possible side effects list is pretty daunting, especially those urgent ones like signs of high blood sugar and weak adrenal glands. I'm not looking forward to dealing with dry skin or burning sensations, either. Have any of you used this before? How did it go? Did you experience any severe issues as mentioned in the possible side effects?
I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been experiencing some unusual fatigue and I'm worried it might be a sign of a weak adrenal gland. I'm going to discuss this with my doctor right away. It's always great to share experiences and concerns with others who have been through it!
I've been on this for a month now, and it's been a godsend for my psoriasis. No serious side effects yet, just some dryness which I handle with extra moisturizer. Fingers crossed it stays this way.
I used a different steroid cream before this one, and I didn't notice this much dryness. I've had to switch to a moisturizing body wash to counteract it, and I'm feeling way better.
I'm on this and the burning and stinging sensations are just so annoying, but I tried other creams and they were too weak to help my psoriasis. I noticed some improvements in my skin, but I'm considering other options for the side effects.
