Has anyone used Ciclopirox Topical Suspension for Athlete's Foot? Share your experiences!
I've been struggling with athlete's foot for weeks now, and my doctor prescribed Ciclopirox Topical Suspension. I've seen some mixed reviews online and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone here tried it? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. How long did it take for you to see results? Did you experience any side effects? I used Ciclopirox for jock itch a few years ago and it worked wonders! Took about 2 weeks to clear up completely. Just make sure to apply it as directed and wash your hands after.

I wouldn't worry too much about the side effects. They sound scary, but they're rare. Just be careful and pay attention to how your skin reacts. It could be worth it in the end.
I had a reaction as well. Not worth the risk in my opinion. I stopped using it and the rash I got from it cleared up in a few days.
I had a bad reaction to it. My skin got super red and itchy. Had to stop using it. Maybe I'm just sensitive to it though, worth a shot but keep an eye out for bad reactions.
I didn't have any luck with Ciclopirox. My doctor switched me to something else and it cleared up right away. You might want to have a backup plan in case it doesn't work for you either.
I have used it on my foot and I am still using it, and it is still working. I haven't had any bad side effects.
