Has anyone tried Vowst Fecal Microbiota Spores Caps, the poop pill for C. diff? Share your experience!
I've been dealing with recurring C. difficile infections for months now, and my doctor recently prescribed Vowst Fecal Microbiota Spores Caps. I've heard that this medication is made from healthy human stool and contains live bacteria to help prevent these infections. I've been hesitant to start it because it sounds a bit... weird. But desperate times, right? Anyone have any experience with this medication? How did it go for you? What side effects did you experience? Did it actually work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had no idea this was a thing. Interesting! I had a friend who kept getting C. diff after her antibiotics. She tried IV antibiotics and a diet change, but nothing worked. Maybe this would have helped her. I hope it works for you, OP.
