Has Anyone Tried Treprostinil 1mg/ml Injection for PAH? Share Your Experiences!
I was recently diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and my doctor prescribed Treprostinil 1mg/ml Injection. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What side effects did you experience, and how did you manage them? Did you notice any improvements in your symptoms? I've heard it can be tough to administer, so any tips on that front would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had some severe allergic reactions initially, but my doctor adjusted the dosage gradually, and it was manageable. That being said, I had to watch for signs of bleeding — it was scary at first. But overall, it’s been a lifesaver.
Been on it for 6 months. Initial side effects were tough, mostly flushing and jaw pain, but those have subsided. Definitely helped with my exercise tolerance.
I think I’ve seen some other people mention weight gain as a side effect. Has anyone else experienced that?
Has anyone else noticed severe headache and dizziness as side effects?
