Has anyone tried Prevacid 30mg SoluTabs for acid reflux? How effective were they?
I've been struggling with heartburn and acid reflux for a while now, and my doctor prescribed Prevacid 30mg SoluTabs. They dissolve quickly in your mouth, which is a plus, but I'm curious to hear from others who have used them. How effective were they in reducing symptoms? Any side effects you noticed? I've read that there's a risk of severe diarrhea or skin reactions, but I'm hoping it won't be an issue.
I love the SoluTabs! So much easier to take than regular pills. No more chasing them down with a big glass of water.
I've been on Prevacid for a while and they've been a game-changer. No more midnight heartburn attacks!
I've never had any side effects, just relief. But I did have to take them for a few weeks before I felt better.
I had some issues with diarrhea at first, but it went away. Definitely worth it for the relief from acid reflux.
I had some constipation issues but doc said it could be that..
I'm a bit scared of the C. diff stuff but my doctor says it's rare. Doing the docs suggestion and monitoring my stools for now.
Be careful with the skin reactions. I noticed some weird rashes and had to stop taking them.
I tried them and they didn't work for me. Ended up switching to something else. Everyone's different, I guess.
I had some weird tingling in my hands when I started taking them. Went away after a few days, though.
